🏁 Entries, Psych Sheet and Heat Sheets are posted under the Schedule.

🕝On Deck time: 5:40pm- If your swimmer(s) will be late or miss warm-ups please let a coach know. Be sure to check in your swimmer(s) and for volunteers. 

🚗 Parking- Feel free to park in the pool parking lot. Once spaces are no longer available, you may park along the main road (Woodland Pond Parkway) and the side road facing the pool (Waterfowl Flyway). Our only requests are to ask your parents to not park on our neighbors’ grass and to park on one side of the streets (not both) to allow room for emergency vehicles if they are needed. We will have flags along the grass and no parking signs on one side of the roads so hopefully it will be clear to your parents.

🪑Seating-  For this meet, your team will set up on the right side of the pool near the baby pool. We will have the back gate leading to the play area open, and there is more space for people to set up back there. While we'll have a few chairs available, we do suggest bringing your own. Here is an image of our pool with your seating area highlighted:

🚩 Clerk of Course-  The Clerk of Course is behind our diving well, and a sign with the number of the event being seated will be posted on the diving board. Please ask your swimmers not to go to the clerk of course until their number is posted and called. We are trying to limit the number of people in that area. Parents and swimmers will need to pay close attention to the numbers posted/called to make sure they get to their event on time.

We do expect each team to get their own swimmers for event 1 (8&U relays) behind the blocks. Clerk of course will begin seating swimmers with event 2.

Dive Overs- Please have your swimmers prepared for dive overs. If there are any issues, please let us know.

🏊 Youth Race- We have a few new swimmers on our team this year in our 6U age group that have not yet mastered swimming a full lap. Therefore, a few minutes prior to the start of the meet, we plan to have a "race" for them in our shallow end -- they'll jump in and swim across the shallow end of our "Z-shaped" pool. If you have any swimmers who fit that category, we would love for them to join. Just let me know and we'll be sure to include them in the announcement. Your coaches are welcome to be in the pool with them for help if needed.

🍕 Concessions-  We will have concessions on site. This will include a limited number of pizzas (cheese or pepperoni) by the slice, hot dogs, BBQ, nachos, cotton candy, chips, candy, and drinks. All concessions are CASH ONLY. The concession stand is located outside the pool deck by the main entrance to the pool deck. Coaches are welcome to a complimentary meal. Please let us know the number of coaches we will be feeding.

🎟️ 50/50 Raffle- We will be selling tickets for a 50/50 raffle with half of the proceeds going to the CAL charity. We appreciate your donations!

🎉 Spirit Night- Our theme for this meet is “Retro.” Feel free to come representing your favorite decade!
