• Schedule
  - 4:30 p.m. – Tarrington on deck
  - 4:55–5:20 p.m. – Tarrington warm-ups
  - 5:20–5:45 p.m. – Waveriders warm-ups
  - 5:40 p.m. – Timers' meeting (front gate, Lane 1) and S&T meeting (behind slides)
  - 5:45 p.m. – Clerk of Course first call
  - 5:55 p.m. – National Anthem
  - 6:00 p.m. – Meet Start
  
  Address and Parking
  - Clubhouse Address: 3500 Ashwell Drive, Midlothian, VA 23113.
  - Pool Location: The pool is located off Sherfield Drive. Detailed directions are available at TarringtonTigerSharks.swimtopia.com.
  - Parking: Pass the traffic circle in front of the clubhouse and take the first left onto Sherfield Drive. The parking lot is down the hill on the left. If lots are full, you may park on the pool side of Sherfield Drive or on Ashwell Drive. Please do not park in the traffic circle, as vehicles will be towed to ensure emergency access. We don't reserve any parking spots for board or coaches, but you are welcome to come early and do that if it helps your team.
  
  Pool Seating
  Home team may set up on the right side of the pool (Clubhouse side) or on the hill. Seating also extends to the space around the adult pool. While some chairs are provided, we recommend bringing blankets or camp chairs. You are welcome to bring tents and umbrellas, as shaded areas are limited. We kindly ask that you do not move the existing deck tables and chairs.
  
• Meet Information
  - Heat Sheets: Available electronically via Swimtopia and our team website. Hard copies will be provided for coaches and officials.
  - Starts: We use dive-over starts for older swimmers.
  - Theme: This week’s theme is Christmas in July
  
  Housekeeping and Safety
  - Concessions: Food trucks (Timber Pizza, Mama’s Barbecue, Faithful Lemon, King of Pops and Kona Ice) and various concessions will be available at the top of the stairs by the main clubhouse. Payment for concessions can be made with cash or via Venmo @tarringtontigersharks. 
• - We will have a senior night presentation at halftime.
• - Pool Rules: The baby and adult pools are closed during the meet. Only swimmers are permitted in the water during their designated warm-ups or races. - Safe Sport: Only athletes, officials, and timers are permitted behind the blocks. Photography and videography are prohibited during starts.
