🏊♀️ Thursday and Friday- Champs Practices! Coaches will be getting those attending ready before the big meet. These are your last two days to practice! 

📸 Thursday - Morning practice the Stroll magazine photographer will be there. Please wear your team suit! 

🍨 Sunday - Champs Ice Cream and Poster Making Party! All Champs attendees are invited to attend. 1-3pm at the clubhouse. JiJi's Frozen Custard will be there! 

🏆 Monday & Tuesday - Champs at SwimRVA/CSAC. See the Champs page for all the deets! Sign ups, volunteer jobs, etc. We will continue to update the Champs page as all the info becomes available. 

🥳 Wednesday - Swim Team Awards 6pm at the Clubhouse Lawn - Awards, Pizza, Dessert, followed by a pool party! Please RSVP on the schedule and sign up to help if you can.
