Session 3: 11/12 Year Old - July 2025

Facility Doors open at 7:00 am, Warm-Ups begin at 8:00 am

Competition begins at 9:00 am

Session 4: 13/14 and 15-18 Year Old - July 2025

Facility Doors open at 12:00 pm, Warm-Ups begin at 12:30 pm

Competition begins at 1:45 pm

1. Meet your champs coordinator at the flag poles. Hand over your swimmer and all their belongings to a coach/mite parent to go on deck. Swimmers should have: goggles, cap, snacks, water bottle. Name on shoulder and events on arm. If not, mite parents will write them.

2. If you are not volunteering proceed upstairs to find a seat. Competition is in the left pool/WEST pool.

3. If you are volunteering, get your lanyard and proceed on deck to your position.

4. Your swimmer will meet you at the end of their events at the doors by the locker rooms.
