Good Morning! 

Update on entries and how they work. Please read as something may have changed.

1. Parents are to "declare" their swimmer(s) by Friday at 5pm EVERY week for the next meet. You need to declare for EVERY meet, whether you are "attending" or "NOT attending". If you need help doing this, instructions are on the website under Meet 101.

2. Instead of opening the meets each week, ALL of the meets are now open for the rest of the season! So, if you know you're here and swimming go ahead and declare. If you're on vacation that week, declare NOT attending so we'll know. 

3. Jobs are also open. Volunteering is required, per the agreement in registration. If your swimmer is in the 2nd half, please take a 2nd half position so the 1st half parents have a spot. 

4. How do entries work? Once we receive our entries we send out entries for the parents to review. This is your first chance to make sure your swimmer is in the meet. We exchange with the other team usually on Sunday. After that, we will send out a psych sheet. This is your second chance to make sure your swimmer is in the meet. By Monday we are finalizing, sending out, and printing heat sheets etc. If you don't see your swimmer or have questions, please email Coach Lauren at [email protected] ASAP.
